Liz Facenda is an award winning RE/MAX agent servicing Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Her passion for real estate stems from her joy in helping people find their perfect home in the vibrant communities she calls home. She lives in the borough of West Chester with her husband Dennis, her daughter Rachel, who is also in the real estate industry, and their dog Tito.
Because of her longevity in real estate, Liz derives most of her business from referrals of friends and past clients. She is very familiar with local schools, municipalities, home builders and home contractors, and she has a network of skillful resources to rely upon to provide solutions for buyers and sellers. Even after the transaction has closed, her clients know they can come back to her as a resource for reputable referrals.
Liz is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and was awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021. She is a member and office liaison to the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS Association, and she has won the Five Star Real Estate Agent award from Philadelphia Magazine.
